Terms of Use
These terms govern the SecureFort marketing website. Engagement terms live in each Statement of Work.
Who this covers
SecureFort, LLC ("SecureFort," "we," "us") operates this website (securefort.io). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not legal or compliance advice
Everything on this site is informational marketing material. Nothing here creates a client relationship, and nothing here is legal, regulatory, or compliance advice for your specific situation. A binding engagement, with actual advice tailored to your organization, only exists once you and SecureFort have signed a Statement of Work.
Site content, as-is
We do our best to keep the site accurate and current, but we make no warranties about it. Regulatory information, prices, timelines, and third-party references may change without notice. Verify anything critical against the primary source (DoD memos, DFARS text, DOJ announcements) before you rely on it.
Engagement terms live in the SOW
The Statement of Work is the operative contract for any paid engagement with SecureFort. It sets out the scope of work, the deliverables, the payment structure, the written guarantees (No Handoff, Audit-Quality, Week-4 Walk-Away, Readiness Validation), and the customary legal terms including confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution. The SOW controls if there is any conflict between it and these website terms.
No sensitive data via this site
Please do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive information through the sample-report form, our contact email, or any other channel on this site. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how.
Intellectual property
The SecureFort name, logo, site copy, and page design are ours. You may share links to public pages freely. Please do not copy, republish, or repurpose material from this site without written permission. The sample gap-assessment report is provided for your review only; its methodology is our IP.
Third-party links
Some links go to third-party sites (DoD memos, DOJ press releases, Federal Register, LinkedIn, Plausible, our scheduling tool). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureFort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for anything related to this site is limited to $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. Nothing in this section limits liability for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute about this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
